Try something from our popular á la carte menu

Starters:

  • Nordic caviar (roe of lumpfish) with yoghurt and chives served with a lime brioche, lettuce and radish.
  • Leek-potato soup with roasted Skagen Ham, home made croutons, leeks and chips.
  • Smoked breast and confit of poussin on cauliflower purée, raw cauliflower and sauce of poussin.

 

 Main courses:

  • Butter baked filet of ling on celeriac, cabbage and carrot served with potatoes and hollandaise.
  • Roasted Atlantic Hallibut on mushroom risotto with Jerusalem artichoke and beets.
  • Chicken fricassee with mushrooms, pearl onions and parsley, served with potatoes.
  • Beef tenderloin with shallots, black salsify and cabbage, served with potatoes and a glace.

 

 Classic courses:

  • Skagen Plaice
    Fried plaice served with lemon, butter sauce and potatoes
  • Pepper Steak
    Roasted with peppercorn, served with roots, sauted cabbage, fried potatoes and peppersauce
  • Steak 
    Steak of ox with roots, sauted cabbage, fried potatoes and sauce bearnaise
  • Wiener Schnitzel
    Served with pees, lemon with boned herring, pommes sautés and butter sauce

 

 Desserts:

  • White chocolate cake with macadamia nuts, apricots and vanilla ice cream.
  • Crème brulée with pickled strawberries, chocolate ice cream and chocolate shavings.
  • French cheeses with pickled kumquats, celery, walnuts and home made crackers.
