Starters:
- Nordic caviar (roe of lumpfish) with yoghurt and chives served with a lime brioche, lettuce and radish.
- Leek-potato soup with roasted Skagen Ham, home made croutons, leeks and chips.
- Smoked breast and confit of poussin on cauliflower purée, raw cauliflower and sauce of poussin.
Main courses:
- Butter baked filet of ling on celeriac, cabbage and carrot served with potatoes and hollandaise.
- Roasted Atlantic Hallibut on mushroom risotto with Jerusalem artichoke and beets.
- Chicken fricassee with mushrooms, pearl onions and parsley, served with potatoes.
- Beef tenderloin with shallots, black salsify and cabbage, served with potatoes and a glace.
