Color Hotel Skagen has a cosy wine cellar with a unique atmosphere with candles reflecting in the wine bottles. The wine cellar is used for wine tasting, welcome drinks or an exqusite gourmet evening.

  • Wild boar tenderloin with roasted shiitake mushrooms, baked new beets, celeriac pure, pickled sea-buckthorn, roasted potatoes and truffle sauce.

  • Cheese plate with Saint Albray, Tomme de Savioe, Saint Agur, abricot, celery, pickled rose hip and home made rye crackers.

  • Bleeding chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, berries, raspberry dust, and wild mint.
