As a result of the new Consumer Complaints Act, companies must provide information on where and how to make a complaint regarding a guest's purchase of services from the company.
As a starting point, the guest should complain to the hotel where the product/stay was purchased. The hotel will always be interested in finding a solution together with the guest. Send complaints by email to skagen@skagenhotel.dk
Should it come to the point where the hotel and guest cannot find a solution together in the first instance, the guest has the option to contact:
