Arrival and departure

June, July and August check in from 15:00 and check out by 11:00.

In addition, check-in from 14:00 and check-out no later than 11:00.

Cancellation and no-shows

Please note that room cancellations can be made free of charge until 18:00 the day before arrival. However, for special events, other cancellation and payment conditions will apply.

If you fail to show up without prior cancellation or cancel after 18:00 the day before arrival, you will be charged for one night. If the hotel has incurred expenses specifically related to your reservation, you are obliged to cover such expenses.

Early departure

If you have booked a room for a specific period of time but are leaving the hotel earlier, you must inform the hotel no later than 18:00 the day before departure. Otherwise, you will be charged for an extra night.

Payment

Payment of the room bill is generally due upon arrival at the hotel.

We accept the most common credit and debit cards.

Responsibility in case of injuries

The guest or the guarantor of the room is responsible for any damage that may occur due to irresponsible or indifferent behaviour by the guest.

Remember that all our rooms are non-smoking. If this is violated, a fee of DKK 2,500 will be charged for extra cleaning.
