Other months check in from 2 PM.

Departure must be no later than 11 AM.

On the day of departure, you can avoid queues if you pay before breakfast - then simply hand in the key at the reception on departure.

Sleep well

If you have special needs for a pillow, ask at the reception, which has a selection of different pillows.

Is it too hot? Check for an available table fan at reception.

PARKING

There is free parking for hotel guests and if you have an electric car, it can be charged for DKK 200,- for 8 hours at the reception.

BREAKFASST

A buffet breakfast is served:

Monday to Friday 7 AM TO 10 AM.

Saturday and Sunday 7 AM TO 10.30 AM.

In weeks 27 - 33 we are open every day from 7 AM TO 10.30.

Breakfast can also be provided as room service for a fee.

If you stay in an apartment, you can purchase a breakfast buffet at the reception for DKK 150,- per day.

RESTAURANT, CAFÉ & BAR

Café opens every day at 12 PM.

Restaurant Holger opens every day at 6 PM.

We recommend booking a table either at the bar or by phone +45 98 44 22 33.

The kitchen closes:

Sunday - Thursday at 9.30 PM.

Friday and Saturday at 10 PM.

Baby cots can be rented at reception. High chairs can be borrowed from reception for a deposit.

Bathrobes are available for hire, bath slippers can be purchased. Please enquire at reception.

Luggage

Luggage service on request for a fee. Please enquire at reception the day before required. Luggage can be stored temporarily at your own risk - ask at reception.

Firi

In case the fire alarm sounds, please leave the room and go to the meeting point at the main entrance/reception.

Bicycles

Bikes can be rented at the reception.

Photo copies

Valet photocopying and scanning service at the reception.

Disability accessibility

Toilet risers and a shower bench can be borrowed from the reception.

A defibrillator is available in the cloakroom at the reception.

The main entrance can be used around the clock. If the door is locked, ring the bell. Your key can also open the door at the end of your room corridor.

Medication and similar items can be stored at the reception desk.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas can be borrowed from reception for a deposit.

Pool towels are available at the glass door by the pool - these are free to use.

Pillows and duvets

Extra pillows are available in the wardrobe in the room - it is also possible to get extra pillows and duvets from reception. You can choose between different types of pillows at the reception. All pillows and duvets at the hotel are hypoallergenic.

It is possible to listen to the radio on the TV

Cleaning

Rooms and apartments will be cleaned daily between 9 AM and 4 PM, and linen can be changed every day upon request at reception or housekeeping. Please also contact reception if you would like your room/apartment to be cleaned at a specific time.

If you do not wish to be groomed, you can indicate this by placing the NO THANKS magnet on the steel plate outside the room. You will always be able to get clean towels and linen as well as other shortcomings by contacting the staff.

Can be ordered during kitchen opening hours for a fee. Order by calling 363.

Smoking

The hotel is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas of the hotel. The fee for smoking in the room is DKK 2500.00.

Stool for bathroom

Stools for the bathroom can be borrowed from reception.

Clean shoes

The shoe shine machine is in the cloakroom at the reception. Shoe polishing sponges are available free of charge at reception.

Iron and ironing board

Iron and ironing board can be borrowed at the reception.

Sewing kits

Sewing kits are available free of charge at the reception.

To call out of the house from the room phone: dial 0 + phone number. For contact from outside the country - call reception and they will forward the call. To contact other rooms: press 2(0) + room number - e.g. room 50, press 2050 and room 401, press 2401 (always 4 digits)

There is a laundry bag with prices and conditions in the room closet. The laundry bag must be handed in at the reception before 8.00 am.
