Restaurant Holger is located at the four star hotel Color Hotel Skagen, which is situated close to beautiful nature scenery in the cozy town Skagen - right at the top of Denmark.

Give your tastebuds a unique experience and book a table at Restaurant Holger. The restaurant is light and airy and with that "scandinavian feeling". The menu, which changes according to the season, consists of a menu of the month as well as a la carte dishes characterised by the French kitchen with a touch of the new Nordic kitchen.
Visit Restaurant Holger and experience the walk-in wine cabinet, where you can see all of the interesting wine bottles. The cabinet is specially designed and one of the only wine cabinets in Denmark with a visual wine list – a unique experience for wine lovers.
Decked terrace
The covered courtyard is perfect for cozy and late nights outside, when the weather allows it. Here you can enjoy various foods and cold drinks on the decked terrace. In the weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31 we spice it up with live music on the terrace four nights a week. Our well known local musicans drop by and entertain from 8 p.m. Remember to book a table.
