We believe that comfort and a sense of space go hand in hand – and that includes your room. Here, you have your own balcony or terrace, giving you fresh air and the feeling of being outside, even when you're indoors.

When you open the door, you enter a room with a view of either Lynghaven - our Heather Garden wing - or the expansive heath. Inside, the colours reflect Skagen's special light and the soft hues that characterise the nature around you.

The designer furniture is carefully selected and the soft textiles and calm colours make it easy to feel comfortable. The space is made for relaxation - and of course the beds are comfortable. But most importantly, you'll feel instantly at ease. We look forward to giving you the key to an excellent stay with us.

Our recommendation:
Once you've arrived in your double room, we recommend that you take the time to relax and enjoy your arrival. Perhaps a short walk on the heath or in Lynghaven before sinking into bed or letting the shower wash away the journey. Your room is your sanctuary - enjoy it exactly as you like.

3 lovely days in Skagen, made even better with 2 nights at Color Hotel Skagen. Good rooms / beds. Fantastic breakfast buffet and lovely dinner both evenings. The wine list and large wine cabinet rounds off the experience. Also used the hot tub and heated pool, as well as the sauna. Unfortunately can only give 5 stars. If more had been available, then at least 8 stars.Tripadvisor.

There was not a single thing to complain about during our stay at Color Hotel Skagen. Everything from the room, breakfast, pool, restaurant, etc. was just as it should be. Excellent hotel in a great location for a holiday in Skagen. It is about 1 km to Skagen downtown. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are large and cosy. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you eat well in the restaurant. There is a small fitness centre at the hotel so you can easily keep fit during your holiday. There is also a pool and spa. We have had some great days at the hotel and we had our dog with us. It was nice and clean and a really good breakfast with everything you could wish for. The pool area is great with a nice big sauna and spa bath. We will 100% definitely come again, next time we will bring the whole family.Tripadvisor.
