When you open the door, you enter a room with a calm atmosphere and open lines, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and views towards Lynghaven - our Heather Garden wing - or the expansive heath. Inside, the colours reflect the sensuous nature of Skagen - and like the open landscape outside, there’s room to stretch out and breathe.
The Scandinavian designer furniture is carefully selected and creates a natural starting point for relaxation and pampering. 3 lovely days in Skagen, made even better with 2 nights at Color Hotel Skagen. Good rooms / beds. Fantastic breakfast buffet and lovely dinner both evenings. The wine list and large wine cabinet rounds off the experience. Also used the hot tub and heated pool, as well as the sauna. Unfortunately can only give 5 stars. If more had been available, then at least 8 stars.Tripadvisor.

There was not a single thing to complain about during our stay at Color Hotel Skagen. Everything from the room, breakfast, pool, restaurant, etc. was just as it should be. Excellent hotel in a great location for a holiday in Skagen. It is about 1 km to Skagen downtown. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are large and cosy. The breakfast buffet is delicious and you eat well in the restaurant. There is a small fitness centre at the hotel so you can easily keep fit during your holiday. There is also a pool and spa. We have had some great days at the hotel and we had our dog with us. It was nice and clean and a really good breakfast with everything you could wish for. The pool area is great with a nice big sauna and spa bath. We will 100% definitely come again, next time we will bring the whole family.Tripadvisor.
