31st of December

End the year in style - and kick off 2026 with a festive evening at Color Hotel Skagen.

We meet at 6 p.m., where we traditionally watch HM King Frederik's New Year's speech - accompanied by a New Year's cocktail and homemade snacks.

We then sit down to enjoy a flavourful 4-course New Year's Eve menu with carefully selected wines to match each course. Afterwards we serve coffee, chocolate, cognac and liqueur.

When the band goes on stage, the dance floor fills up quickly - and the bar opens for free beer, wine, water and delicious drinks.

At midnight, we toast the new year with champagne and homemade wreath cake, then head outside to enjoy the fireworks in the winter sky.

At 1 a.m. we serve a delicious sausage platter before the party slowly winds down at 2 a.m.
