On Friday, we’ll welcome you with a glass of fine wine, homemade snacks and the smooth sounds of the Urban Crooners in the courtyard or in the bar & lounge – depending on the weather. The evening continues with social dining, where a selection of small dishes is shared at the table.

Lørdag går turen ud i Skagen Klitplantage, hvor sensommerlyset og lyngen følger os mod stranden. Her skåler vi i rosé, før aftenen tager form som weekendens store musikoplevelse: en jazzmiddag med 3 retter og levende swing leveret med energi og spilleglæde af kvartetten Big Butter.

Welcome, crooner jazz
and social dining
Friday kicks off the weekend with just the right atmosphere in the large courtyard or in the bar & lounge – depending on the weather. Here, the band Urban Crooners will be performing elegant crooner classics: the warm, mellow tones of Sinatra, Nat King Cole and the early swing era. You’ll be served a glass of fine wine and some small homemade snacks – a simple yet delicious welcome that gives you time to settle in and look forward to the rest of the evening. The music, the wine and the late-summer light go hand in hand, giving you that feeling that the weekend is now really beginning.
This is followed by a social dining experience – an informal and cosy way of dining, where dishes are served on platters and in bowls to be shared around the table. This creates a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, where you can sample a little of everything and have plenty of time for both conversation and enjoying the moment.
An evening that sets the tone for a weekend filled with music, flavours and the atmosphere of late summer.

TONES IN THE LATE SUMMER LIGHT
Saturday’s event begins with a group walk through Skagen Klitplantage, where the late-summer light filters through the pine trees and the heather stands out beautifully against the open countryside. We’ll head towards the beach, where we’ll enjoy the view and a glass of rosé before returning to the hotel.
The kitchen has created an exciting three-course dinner based on seasonal produce – a meal where flavour, season and atmosphere blend perfectly, setting the perfect scene for the evening’s live music.
Later in the evening, Big Butter will enter the stage. The quartet is renowned for its presence, energy and infectious enthusiasm, and their repertoire moves effortlessly between swing, traditional jazz and groovy New Orleans numbers. The musicians have many years of experience performing on both Danish and international stages, and their rapport with the audience makes for a warm, rhythmic and charming concert.
An evening where flavours, music and the late-summer atmosphere come together – and where Big Butter lifts the mood with their infectious energy and jazzy tunes.
